Q) Occupancy levels [up] Maximum occupancy levels in our condos at Shelborne South Beach Condominium are governed by our rental license issued by Dade County and will be strictly enforced: 6 persons per unit. back to top
Q) Deposit requirements [up] A $200 reservation deposit will be required to hold the unit for you and may be paid by any of the following methods:

Q) Cancellation policy [up] Cancellation will only be accepted in writing or email, in the event of cancellation we will do our best to place another booking in the condo, If we are unable to do so the following charges will apply:
Cancellation more than 45 days before your vacation = Loss of deposit Cancellation less than 45 days before your vacation = 75% of vacation cost (We recommend you purchase cancellation trip insurance for your insurance carrier if need) back to top
Q) Check-in procedure [up] Check-in procedure will be advised as part of the final payment receipt, generally check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am but may vary depending upon which condo you have been allocated. back to top
Q) What's included in the condos? [up] Everything you could need for a great vacation. All bed linen is provided and there are plenty of bathroom and pool towels for the whole party. We can provide complimentary cribs and highchairs if booked in advance. back to top
Q) What should we bring with us? [up] You will not need to take anything other than your personal belongings and clothes. If you intend going to any water parks you should take your own towels for this purpose. back to top
Q) Is it possible to make and receive telephone calls? [up] We recommend using cell phones although some condos have credit card operated telephones for your convenience though long distance calls can be expensive. back to top
Q) What are the local facilities available? [up] On site you have access to pool area, Jacuzzis, Pool Restaurant- & Bar and lobby- & pool area with FREE WIFI INTERNET. Within minutes walking there are restaurants, cafés, bars, banks, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets. back to top
Q) How far is to Key West & Disney? [up] About 3 hours driving. back to top
Q) How far is it to the airport? [up] 15 minutes from Miami International Airport, 25 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, 1h to Palm Beach International Airport, 3 hours from Orlando International Airport. back to top
Q) Can you help book rental cards, flights & attraction tickets? [up] Yes, we are pleased to help you in association with a bonded travel agent. back to top
Q) Is cleaning of the condos included? [up] Yes, cleaning is all taken care of before you arrive and after you leave. back to top
Q) Who owns the condos? [up] All condos are individually owned and all condos belong to members of the Shelborne South Beach Condo Owners Group. Your reservation will be passed over directly to each individual owner or Management Company without any "middlemen" and without paying any extra fees or travel agency commissions.
